Airplex stocks and supplies Maxliner Venture canopy only. There have been other suppliers of other models of Maxliner canopies in the past. If you require a spare part for your canopy, please contact the original suplier of your canopy. They should hold the appropriate spare parts for the canopies they have supplied. If the parts are not available from the original supplier, Airplex can try to assist ib the follwing way.
For all other Maxliner Non-Venture and older model Maxliner canopies:
Airplex can include pre-ordered spare parts in future shipments to assist supplying parts for old Maxliner canopies. Please follow this procedure;
- The customer must contact Maxliner themselves sales@maxliner.com.au
- The customer & Maxliner are to determine the exact replacement part number (if available), They must obtain the exact part number required.
- The customer is to email the exact part number information to info@airplex.co.nz
- Airplex will calculate the price and freight cost and raise a quote for the customer to pay Airplex
- Payment to be made in full prior to Airplex ordering from Maxliner
- Airplex will arrange to load the item in the next container when/if the part is available
- Airplex will advise customer once the part arrives to arrange shipment or install
No guarantee on shipping or supply date. Payment is non-refundable once the order has been placed with Maxliner.
Suitability of the parts for your application is to be agreed between the purchaser and Maxliner.
Airplex cannot offer returns or refunds on any of these specail ordered items.
