It is a requirement by VW NZ that all AMAROK (2023 onward) fitted with any canopy, must have the suitable 'load box reinforcement bracket' (J Brace) system installed.
This can be supplied and installed at your VW dealer.
These brackets have been developed to brace the tray floor to the tray wall. We strongly recommend that the J-Braces are used when installing a canopy to a Next-Gen Amarok.
Please consult with your VW dealer for supply and installation.
